5-Ingredient Beef Enchiladas

A comforting and easy recipe for beef enchiladas made with just five ingredients.

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Enchilada Sauce
  • 8 Flour Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Refried Beans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Prepare the flour tortillas by warming them in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  4. Assemble the enchiladas by spreading beef mixture down the center of each tortilla and rolling tightly.
  5. Add the remaining enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
  7. Serve with garnishes like cilantro or jalapeños.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute with ground turkey or chicken. You can also use plant-based crumbles for a vegetarian version.
