Air Fryer Chicken & Mozzarella Wraps

Quick and delicious chicken and mozzarella wraps made in the air fryer, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, sliced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, sliced
  • 4 Flour Tortillas
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Italian Herbs

Instructions

  1. Prep your chicken: Slice chicken breast into thin strips and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian herbs.
  2. Cook the chicken: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray basket with olive oil, add chicken, and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Assemble your wraps: Lay tortillas on a workspace, add mozzarella, cooked chicken, and bell peppers.
  4. Wrap it up: Fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Spritz with olive oil.
  5. Air fry the wraps: Place in air fryer seam side down and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway.

Notes

Serve with fresh salad or sweet potato fries and marinara sauce or ranch for dipping.
