Ingredients

  • Cauliflower: 1 large head, cut into bite-sized florets
  • Honey: 1/3 cup
  • Soy Sauce: 1/4 cup
  • Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
  • Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame Seeds: 2 tablespoons, for garnish
  • Green Onions: 2, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Cauliflower: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash your cauliflower well and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Create the Glaze: In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and cornstarch until smooth.
  3. Toss and Coat: Place cauliflower florets into a bowl, pour the glaze over, and toss until coated.
  4. Roasting Time: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the cauliflower, and roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. The Final Touch: Drizzle with leftover sauce, return to the oven for 2-3 minutes, then garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes

For a vegan option, substitute honey with maple syrup. Serve over rice or as an appetizer with toothpicks.
