Amazing Sticky Honey Garlic Cauliflower

A delightful blend of sweetness and savory flavors, this sticky honey garlic cauliflower dish serves as an excellent party starter or a satisfying vegetarian main.

  • 1 medium cauliflower head
  • ½ cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cauliflower by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse and remove the leaves from the cauliflower, then slice it into bite-sized florets.
  2. Make the honey garlic sauce by whisking together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and crushed red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl.
  3. Toss the cauliflower florets in a large bowl with a couple of tablespoons of the honey garlic sauce until well-coated.
  4. Roast the cauliflower on a lined baking sheet for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through for even browning.
  5. Glaze the roasted cauliflower with the remaining honey garlic sauce and serve, garnished with sesame seeds.
