Ultimate Banana Strawberry Bread

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add melted butter to the mashed bananas and mix well, then stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Sprinkle in baking soda and salt, mix until well combined.
  5. Gently fold in flour until just combined.
  6. Fold in chopped strawberries gently.
  7. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 60 to 65 minutes.
  8. Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
