Bang Bang Chicken Biscuit Pie

A delightful pie featuring flaky biscuits cradling tender chicken and zesty Bang Bang sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 12 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 cups biscuit dough (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the filling by cooking raw chicken if necessary, then shredding it.
  3. Make the Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayo, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
  4. Combine chicken with the Bang Bang sauce in a large bowl.
  5. Prepare your biscuit layer by rolling out the dough.
  6. Assemble the pie with half of the biscuits on the bottom and the chicken mixture on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Add fresh herbs or jalapeños for extra flavor. Great for meal prep and can be frozen.
