  • 1 pound Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup Flour
  • ½ cup Cornstarch
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Bang Bang Sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 small Slider Buns (brioche or potato)
  • Lettuce, for garnish
  • Cilantro, optional for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep your chicken by cutting it into slider-sized pieces and seasoning lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up the breading station with three bowls for flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Bread the chicken by dipping it into flour, then eggs, and finally panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry the chicken in hot oil, about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Make the Bang Bang sauce by combining mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
  6. Assemble the sliders with sauce, crispy chicken, and lettuce on buns.
  7. Serve immediately while warm and crispy or reheat leftovers in the oven.
