  • 8 oz Beef Sirloin or Flank Steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Noodles: Boil water, add noodles, and cook for 3-4 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Add a dash of sesame oil.
  2. Cut Your Beef: Slice the steak thinly against the grain.
  3. Chop the Broccoli: Cut into small florets.
  4. Make the Sauce: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and cornstarch until smooth.
  5. Stir-Fry Time: Heat oil in a skillet, add beef, and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  6. Vegetables Galore: Add broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, then add garlic and ginger.
  7. Combine Everything: Add beef and sauce, cooking until the sauce thickens.
  8. Add Noodles: Toss in cooked lo mein noodles until everything is well combined.
  9. Serve Hot: Garnish with green onions and red pepper flakes.

Notes

Rinse noodles after cooking to avoid stickiness and add sesame oil to enhance the flavor. You can make this dish gluten-free by substituting appropriate sauces and noodles.
