Grinder Garlic Bread Boats

Deliciously reimagined garlic bread stuffed with deli meats, cheese, and fresh veggies for a flavorful twist on a classic.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf garlic bread
  • Deli meats (e.g., ham, turkey, salami)
  • Cheese (e.g., provolone, mozzarella)
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Mayonnaise or mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prep the garlic bread by slicing it in half horizontally.
  3. Layer your deli meats on the bottom half of each loaf.
  4. Add your cheese of choice over the deli meats.
  5. Top with lettuce and tomato slices.
  6. Drizzle your mayonnaise or spread mustard over the veggies.
  7. Replace the top half of the garlic bread and wrap in aluminum foil.
  8. Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
  9. Toast it up by baking uncovered for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  10. Slice into individual pieces and serve.

Notes
