Peach Butter Latte Cake

A delightful cake infused with ripe peaches and bold coffee, perfect for gatherings and afternoon tea.

Ingredients

  • 1 box cake mix (vanilla or yellow)
  • 1 cup peach butter
  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • Powdered sugar for glaze
  • 2 tablespoons brewed coffee for glaze
  • Dash of vanilla extract
  • Fresh peach slices for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the cake mix, peach butter, coffee, eggs, melted butter, and milk until smooth.
  3. Layer in lightly greased cake pans and remove air bubbles.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  6. Make the coffee glaze by mixing powdered sugar, brewed coffee, and vanilla.
  7. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake and decorate with peach slices.
  8. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

Enjoy with whipped cream or ice cream and a cup of coffee or tea. For a healthier option, use whole-grain or gluten-free cake mix.
