  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup water or milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  • Chopped pistachios for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your Bundt pan by greasing it and dusting with flour.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients: cake mix, pistachio pudding mix, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients: eggs, sour cream, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, folding gently until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool the cake in the pan for about 10 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack.
  9. Garnish with powdered sugar or glaze and sprinkle with chopped pistachios before serving.
