No-Bake Biscoff Strawberries Dessert

A delicious no-bake dessert combining Biscoff cookies, cream cheese, and fresh strawberries for a delightful treat that’s easy to whip up!

Ingredients

  • Biscoff Cookies (12-15)
  • Cream Cheese (8 oz, softened)
  • Whipped Topping (1 cup)
  • Powdered Sugar (1/4 cup)
  • Fresh Strawberries (1 lb, hulled and cut in halves)
  • Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
  • Chocolate Drizzle (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Biscoff Crust: Crush Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press into Pan: Press the cookie-butter mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a dish.
  3. Make the Cream Cheese Filling: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping for a fluffy texture.
  5. Layer the Strawberries: Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, and layer half of the strawberry halves on top.
  6. Repeat the Layers: Spoon the remaining cream cheese mixture over the strawberries and finish with the remaining strawberry halves.
  7. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Serve with a Drizzle: Optionally, drizzle melted chocolate just before serving.

Notes
