Protein Brown Sugar Latte Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Espresso
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • a pinch Salt

Instructions

  1. Brew your espresso. Let it cool for a few minutes.
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt in a medium bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the brown sugar to the yogurt, mixing gently until well combined.
  4. Incorporate the cooled espresso, stirring continuously.
  5. Flavor it up with cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until combined.
  6. Chill the dip in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Serve the dip with dippables like fresh fruit, cookies, or pretzels.
