Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Prepare your chicken filling by combining chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, and parsley in a bowl.
  2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Warm your tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  4. Fill each tortilla with about ½ cup of the chicken filling and roll it up tightly.
  5. Cook the wraps seam-side down in the skillet for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Slice and serve the wraps hot, optionally garnished with extra parsley.
