Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta

A creamy pasta dish loaded with tender chicken, crispy bacon, and tasty ranch seasoning. Perfect for busy weeknights or gatherings!

Ingredients

  • Pasta of Your Choice (Farfalle, Penne, or Rotini)
  • Cooked Chicken Breast
  • Crispy Bacon
  • Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • Cream Cheese
  • Heavy Cream or Milk
  • Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
  • Fresh Parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook your pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add chopped bacon, cooking until crispy, around 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  3. Using the same skillet, discard excess bacon grease, leaving about 2 tablespoons. Add cooked chicken and sauté until heated through, then mix in cream cheese until melted.
  4. Lower the heat and gradually pour in heavy cream or milk, stirring until smooth. Mix in ranch seasoning.
  5. Add drained pasta to the skillet and toss in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed. Stir in crispy bacon and shredded cheese.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with parsley or more cheese.

Notes

For added flavor, feel free to include garlic or mix in some veggies like spinach or bell peppers.
