Chicken Stuffing Casserole

A comforting chicken casserole that combines simple ingredients for a delicious and easy meal.

  • 3 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by poaching or shredding it.
  3. Mix together the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth in a large bowl.
  4. Add the stuffing mix and combine thoroughly.
  5. Assemble the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish.
  6. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
  7. Bake for about 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs or serve warm.

Notes

You can make this casserole ahead of time and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours before baking.
