Cottage Cheese Chicken Salad

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by shredding it using two forks or a stand mixer.
  2. Mix the shredded chicken and cottage cheese together in a large bowl.
  3. Chop and dice the celery, red onion, and parsley finely.
