Ultimate Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

A luscious creamy garlic parmesan chicken pasta that brings comfort and flavor to your dinner table.

  • 1 lb Boneless, skinless Chicken Breast
  • 8 oz Spaghetti or Fettuccine
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water and cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Save 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Sauté the Chicken: Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Let rest.
  3. Cook the Garlic: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Make it Creamy: Pour in heavy cream, stir to combine with garlic, and simmer gently. Add reserved pasta water if too thick.
  5. Add Parmesan: Gradually stir in parmesan cheese until melted and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Combine Everything: Slice chicken and add back to the skillet with cooked pasta, tossing gently to coat.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Top with fresh parsley and serve immediately with extra parmesan on the side.
