Protein Banana Foster Mousse

A healthy twist on a classic dessert combining creamy banana flavor with protein-rich Greek yogurt for a guilt-free indulgence.

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream (optional)
  • A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prep the bananas by peeling and slicing them into chunks.
  2. Throw the sliced bananas into a blender. Add Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste the mousse and adjust sweetness or add more cinnamon if necessary.
  5. Transfer the mixture into bowls and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  6. Before serving, fold in whipped cream for extra fluffiness if desired.

Notes

Serve garnished with additional whipped cream and banana slices for a beautiful presentation.
