  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 34 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • Berries of choice to top

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine oats and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Blend in almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Press the mixture into lightly greased muffin tins.
  5. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Cool for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire rack.
  7. Fill each granola cup with Greek yogurt.
  8. Top with your choice of berries.
  9. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours to set.
  10. Serve straight from the freezer.
