Homemade Pistachio Pudding Cake

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: Combine the pistachio pudding mix, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Create the wet mixture: Whisk together milk, sour cream, whipped topping, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet and dry mixtures, folding gently until no dry flour remains.
  5. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish by greasing it.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  9. Serve cut into squares, optionally garnished with powdered sugar or whipped topping.
