Strawberries and Cream Lemonade

A refreshing and creamy twist on classic lemonade, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by washing them under cold water, hulling, and slicing. Place them in a mixing bowl and sprinkle a bit of sugar over them. Let them macerate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Make the lemonade by squeezing lemons for one cup of fresh juice. Combine it with one cup of water and stir in the desired amount of sugar until dissolved.
  3. Blend the macerated strawberries and lemonade in a blender until smooth, adjusting consistency as preferred.
  4. Add the heavy cream to the blender and blend just until combined.
  5. Serve in a tall glass filled with ice cubes, pouring the mix until full.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before enjoying.

Notes

For extra fun, freeze strawberry slices into ice cubes or rim glasses with crushed graham crackers.
