  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the chicken breasts horizontally to create thinner cutlets.
  3. Combine the cream cheese, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto each chicken cutlet.
  5. Wrap each cutlet tightly with a slice of bacon.
  6. Secure wraps with toothpicks to hold them together.
  7. Place the wraps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  8. Broil for an additional 3-5 minutes for extra crispiness if desired.
  9. Let the wraps rest for 5 minutes before removing the toothpicks and slicing.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
