Crispy Parmesan Chicken with Creamy Garlic Sauce

A delicious and comforting dish that features golden crispy chicken topped with a rich, creamy garlic sauce.

  • 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • Fresh Parsley, for garnish
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by pounding them to even thickness.
  3. Set up your breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a Panko mixture.
  4. Coat the chicken in flour, then in egg, and finally in the Panko mixture.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the coated chicken and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Make the sauce by warming heavy cream with minced garlic in a skillet.
  8. Combine the chicken with the sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
