Dumpling Ramen Bowl

A warm and cozy Dumpling Ramen Bowl filled with rich broth, chewy ramen noodles, and tender dumplings, perfect for any chilly day.

Ingredients

  • Dumplings (store-bought or homemade)
  • Ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • Sliced green onions
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Soft-boiled eggs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat your pot: In a large pot, drizzle about a tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add in about 4 minced cloves of garlic and cook until fragrant—about 30 seconds.
  3. Pour in the broth: Add 6 cups of chicken or vegetable broth, bring to a simmer, and stir in ¼ cup of soy sauce.
  4. Spice it up: Toss in a pinch of red pepper flakes if desired.
  5. Add dumplings: If using frozen, drop them into boiling broth and simmer for 6–8 minutes.
  6. Cook ramen noodles: In a separate pot, cook your ramen according to package instructions.
  7. Divide the cooked ramen noodles into bowls.
  8. Ladle the hot broth and dumplings over the noodles.
  9. Top with sliced green onions and a halved soft-boiled egg if desired.
  10. Grab your chopsticks or fork and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding chili oil or nori as a garnish.
