Easy 5-Minute Strawberry Kiwi Slush

A quick and refreshing slush made with fresh strawberries and kiwis, perfect for hot summer days.

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and quartered
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup cold water or coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Optional: mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: Ensure your strawberries are hulled and halved, and kiwis are peeled and quartered.
  2. Set the mood: Pull out your blender and plug it in.
  3. Blend the fruit: Add the strawberries, kiwis, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, and cold water or coconut water into the blender.
  4. Add the ice: Place the ice cubes on top of the fruit mixture.
  5. Let it whirl: Blend on high for about 30 seconds until the ice is crushed and everything is combined.
  6. Taste test time: Use a spoon to taste the slush and adjust sweetness if needed.
  7. Serve & enjoy: Pour into tall glasses and garnish with mint leaves if desired.

Notes

For a thicker slush, substitute ice with frozen, blended fruit. Experiment with different fruits and flavors for unique variations.
