Easy Crack Chicken Casserole

A creamy and cheesy chicken casserole that brings comfort to your kitchen with every bite.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Breast, diced
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix (about 1 oz)
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 6 strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 34 Green Onions, sliced
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets, steamed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the diced chicken breast in a skillet until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Mix softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning in a large bowl until smooth.
  4. Combine cooked chicken with cream cheese mixture, cheddar, bacon, and broccoli.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with extra cheddar, and bake covered for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove</strong foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve!

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt. Can prep a day ahead and store in the fridge.
