Refreshing Frozen Peach Lemonade Pie

A delightful pie capturing the essence of summer with a creamy filling made from ripe peaches and tart lemonade, all nestled in a crispy crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups Peach Puree
  • 1 cup Fresh Lemonade
  • 1 pre-made or homemade Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 can (about 14 ounces) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Whipped Topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and mixing graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a pie dish and bake for 8–10 minutes.
  2. Create the peach puree by peeling and chopping fresh peaches or thawing frozen ones and blending until smooth.
  3. Mix the filling by whisking together the peach puree, lemonade, and sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Fold in whipped topping if using for a light and creamy texture.
  5. Assemble the pie by pouring the mixture into your cooled crust. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  6. Serve by letting the pie sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For added flavor, top with whipped topping or fresh peach slices. This pie can be made up to a week in advance and keeps well in the freezer.
