Frozen Yogurt Granola Power Cups

Delicious and nutritious frozen yogurt cups packed with granola and fresh fruit.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
  • Granola
  • Fresh Fruit (strawberries, blueberries, bananas, etc.)
  • Nuts or Seeds (almond slivers, sunflower seeds, chia seeds)
  • Cinnamon
  • Chocolate Chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your muffin tin or silicone muffin cups, greasing if necessary.
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness.
  3. Layer a handful of granola into the bottom of each muffin cup.
  4. Add the yogurt mixture, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
  5. Top with your favorite fruits and nuts, and sprinkle with chocolate chips if desired.
  6. Freeze for about 240 minutes or until solid.
  7. Remove the cups from the tin and serve.

Notes

These power cups can be made with various customizations to fit your cravings. Use flavored yogurt if desired, and adjust ingredient quantities based on dietary needs.
