Garlic Butter Beef Bites with Potatoes

A comforting dish featuring crispy beef bites in garlic butter, paired with tender, seasoned baby potatoes.

  • 1.5 pounds Beef Sirloin, sliced thin against the grain
  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes, halved
  • 6 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Butter
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing and halving the potatoes, mincing the garlic and chopping the parsley.
  2. Boil the potatoes in salted water for 10-15 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. Sear the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil; season with salt and pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Make the garlic butter by melting butter in the skillet, adding garlic and sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Combine the cooked potatoes and seared beef in the skillet, tossing to coat with garlic butter and heating through for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For added spice, incorporate red pepper flakes into the garlic butter. This dish pairs well with green salad or garlic bread.
