Garlic Butter Steak Bites

A quick and delicious recipe for steak bites cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce that’s ready in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Fresh Parsley or Thyme
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Dice your steak into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Sprinkle the steak cubes generously with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
  3. Grab a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Carefully add the steak bites in a single layer once the oil is shimmering.
  5. Let them sear for about 2-3 minutes without stirring.
  6. Flip them to sear the other side for another 1-2 minutes for medium-rare.
  7. Reduce the heat to low and add in minced garlic and butter.
  8. Toss in freshly chopped parsley or thyme, and stir to combine.
  9. Transfer your steak bites to a serving dish, drizzling any leftover garlic butter sauce over the top.

For best results, use high-quality cuts of beef like sirloin or ribeye for tenderness. Feel free to experiment with different herbs and spices.
