Mouthwatering Garlic Parmesan Meatloaf

A tender and flavorful meatloaf with savory garlic and nutty parmesan cheese, perfect for a comforting weeknight dinner.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Prepare the topping by mixing ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce, and slather it over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for about 60 minutes, until the internal temperature reads 160°F (70°C).
  6. Rest the meatloaf for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve with your favorite sides.
