Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Crispy, golden Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges that make any meal feel special. Perfect as a side dish or snack.

  • 4 Medium Potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 Cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 Cup Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prep the potatoes by rinsing and slicing them into wedges.
  3. Toss the wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, and dried oregano.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then add the grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Spread the wedges on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley, if desired.

Notes

For an extra crispy result, broil the wedges for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end.
