Greek Yogurt Cookie Dough

A healthy twist on classic cookie dough made with Greek yogurt for a creamy texture and packed with protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (dark or milk chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Add almond flour, rolled oats, baking powder, and salt, and gently fold until just combined.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips or any mix-ins of your choice until evenly distributed.
  4. Taste the dough and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes or enjoy immediately.
  6. Serve in bowls and garnish with extra chocolate chips or sea salt if desired.
