Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Rice, cooked
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, diced

  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Dice the onion and bell peppers, mince the garlic, and have green onions ready for garnish.

  3. Add the diced onions and bell peppers to the skillet, sautéing for about 3-4 minutes until softened. In the last minute, add the minced garlic.
  4. Pour the soy sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly. Add hot sauce or chili flakes if desired.
  5. Mix in the cooked rice, combining everything gently and ensuring the rice is well-coated.
  6. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  7. Serve the Ground Beef Rice Bowl in bowls, garnishing with chopped green onions and a drizzle of sesame oil if desired.
