  • 12 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • ½ cup dill pickles, sliced
  • ¼ cup finely diced onions
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup mustard
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine ground beef with diced onions, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  4. Cook the patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes on each side.
  5. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally while the patties cook.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish, adding cooked patties, pickles, and ketchup/mustard on top.
  7. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  8. Bake covered with aluminum foil for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cut the sliders apart, serve warm, and enjoy!
