Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 ripe Banana
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • Optional toppings: Granola, berries, sliced bananas, shredded coconut, nuts

Instructions

  1. Wash your spinach thoroughly to remove any dirt or grit.
  2. Peel the ripe banana and measure out the almond milk, yogurt, and peanut butter.
  3. Add the spinach first into a blender, followed by banana slices, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and peanut butter.
  4. Blend on high for about 30 to 60 seconds or until silky smooth.
  5. Taste and adjust the sweetness with honey or maple syrup, adding more almond milk if it’s too thick.
  6. Incorporate the chia seeds and blend for an additional 10 seconds.
  7. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and arrange your toppings artfully on the surface.
