Hibiscus Cooler Mocktail

A refreshing and vibrant hibiscus cooler mocktail perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups brewed hibiscus tea, chilled
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Lime slices for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew your hibiscus tea by boiling 2 cups of water and steeping the hibiscus tea bags or loose flowers for about 5-7 minutes. Let it cool and chill in the fridge.
  2. Combine the chilled hibiscus tea, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup in a medium-sized pitcher; stir well.
  3. Add the sparkling water slowly, stirring gently to combine without losing fizz.
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the hibiscus mixture over the ice.
  5. Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and lime slices before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a splash of flavored sparkling water or rim the glass with sugar for a fun twist.
