Protein Apple Fritter Cheesecake

A creamy cheesecake enriched with protein, featuring sweet apples and a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for a delightful dessert.

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 3 medium Apples (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1/4 cup melted Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (162°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by crumbling graham crackers, adding melted butter and sugar, and pressing into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  4. Prep the apples by peeling and chopping them, then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  5. Mix together cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth, then add sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  6. Combine the chopped apples into the cheesecake mixture and fold gently.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the crust and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 45-55 minutes until edges are set with a slight jiggle in the center.
  9. Cool by turning off the oven and letting the cheesecake sit inside for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Notes

Serve with sautéed apples on top and a sprinkle of cinnamon for a beautiful presentation.
