Protein Brownie Cheesecake Bark

A delightful blend of gooey brownies and creamy cheesecake packed with protein, perfect for guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate protein powder
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup sweetener (e.g., honey or stevia)
  • 24 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (for cheesecake layer)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or sweetener)
  • 1 splash vanilla extract
  • ½ cup dark chocolate (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt, sweetener, and enough water to create a thick batter.
  4. Pour the brownie mixture onto your prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Cool the brownie base completely after baking.
  7. Mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla in a separate bowl until smooth.
  8. Dollop the cheesecake layer on top of the cooled brownie base and spread it out.
  9. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  10. Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the cheesecake layer.
  11. Cut into squares or rectangles and enjoy!

Notes

Can be made dairy-free by substituting Greek yogurt with dairy-free yogurt. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
