A deliciously nutritious treat combining Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Perfect for a healthy snack or post-workout indulgence.

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup nuts or seeds (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prep your dish: Start by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt and maple syrup in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the ground cinnamon and a pinch of salt, whisking again until combined.
  4. Incorporate your nuts or seeds, gently folding them into the mixture.
  5. Spread the yogurt mix onto the prepared baking sheet, creating an even layer about 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Freeze the mixture for about 2-3 hours until solid.
  7. Break the bark into pieces once solid, and enjoy!
  8. Serve on a platter or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

For added flavor, drizzle more maple syrup or sprinkle sea salt on top before serving. This bark can be customized with different nuts or spices.
