Protein Peanut Butter Apple Pie

A healthy twist on a classic apple pie, packed with protein and flavor.

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup PB Powder
  • Apples (variety of choice)
  • 1 cup crushed oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Cinnamon (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the apples by peeling, coring, and slicing them thinly.
  3. Mix the filling in a large mixing bowl with Greek yogurt, PB powder, and sliced apples.
  4. Create the crust using crushed oatmeal and melted coconut oil; press it into a pie pan.
  5. Assemble the pie by pouring the filling over the crust.
  6. Bake the pie for 25-30 minutes until apples are tender.
  7. Cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serve with Greek yogurt.

Notes

For a unique twist, mix different apple varieties. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
