Protein Pecan Praline Mousse

A light and creamy mousse made with Greek yogurt and toasted pecans, perfect for satisfying dessert cravings without the guilt.

  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Pecans, toasted
  • ¼ cup Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Whipped Cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread your pecans on a baking sheet and toast them for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden and fragrant. Let them cool and chop half for the mousse.
  2. Blend the Greek yogurt in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Sweeten by adding ¼ cup of your chosen sweetener and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Fold in the chopped pecans gently to maintain an airy texture.
  5. Spoon the mousse into serving cups or bowls and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours.
  6. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle the reserved pecans on top.

Notes
