  • 23 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Espresso (or strong brewed coffee)
  • Collagen Powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your espresso by brewing it, letting it cool.
  2. Combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt and 1 cup of pumpkin puree in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add 2-3 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup and mix well.
  4. Spice it up by adding cinnamon and nutmeg.
  5. Incorporate cooled espresso into the mixture gently.
  6. Add vanilla extract and collagen powder, folding it in.
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice level as needed.
  8. Chill the mixture for at least one hour in the fridge.
  9. Serve with toppings like whipped cream and cinnamon.
