Strawberries & Cream Overnight Oats

A delicious and nutritious breakfast option that combines the flavors of strawberries and creamy yogurt in a simple overnight oats recipe.

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 ½ cups dairy-free milk
  • 12 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups frozen strawberries
  • 5 oz dairy-free yogurt

Instructions

  1. Combine the old fashioned oats and chia seeds in a medium bowl.
  2. Pour in the dairy-free milk and add the vanilla extract; stir well.
  3. Drizzle in the maple syrup and add the protein powder if using; stir to combine.
  4. Fold in the frozen strawberries carefully.
  5. Spoon the dairy-free yogurt into the mixture and gently fold.
  6. Divide the mixture into two jars or containers with lids.
  7. Pop the jars in the fridge and chill for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
  8. Give the oats a stir in the morning, and if using fresh strawberries, layer them on top before serving.

Notes

Feel free to customize with different fruits or toppings such as granola or extra maple syrup.
