Hot Honey Pizza

A delightful twist on classic pizza with sweet and spicy hot honey drizzled over melty cheese and savory toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ to ¾ cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 ½ cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Pepperoni Slices
  • ½ cup Ricotta Cheese
  • Fresh Basil leaves
  • ¼ cup Hot Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt & Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Prepare the pizza dough by letting it come to room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving space for the crust.
  4. Add a generous layer of mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Pile on the pepperoni slices evenly across the pizza.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the top for a golden crust.
  7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
  9. Finish with hot honey and basil leaves once out of the oven.
  10. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, use garlic-infused olive oil and serve extra hot honey on the side.
