A refreshing mocktail that blends sumo citrus juice, coconut water, and elderflower syrup for a hydrating drink perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Sumo Citrus Juice (approx. one sumo citrus)
  • 3 oz Coconut Water
  • ½ oz Elderflower Syrup (optional)
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • Seltzer (to top)
  • Sumo Citrus Slice (for garnish)
  • Fresh Rosemary Sprig or Fresh Mint (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Juice the Sumo Citrus: Cut the sumo citrus in half, juicing for about 2 oz.
  2. Prepare the Lemon Juice: Squeeze half a lemon for its juice, removing any seeds.
  3. Mix the Juices: In a mixing glass, combine sumo citrus juice, lemon juice, and elderflower syrup. Stir well.
  4. Add the Coconut Water: Pour in the coconut water, stirring gently to combine.
  5. Incorporate the Seltzer: Fill a glass with ice and top off with seltzer.
  6. Garnish with Flavor: Add a slice of sumo citrus and a sprig of rosemary or mint.
  7. Give It a Final Stir: Stir gently to mix the flavors.
