Keto Crunchwraps

Delicious and easy-to-make Keto Crunchwraps that satisfy cravings while keeping carbs at bay.

Ingredients

  • Large Lettuce Leaves (Iceberg or Romaine)
  • 1 lb Ground Beef (or Your Choice of Protein)
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mexican Blend)
  • 1 Avocado (sliced)
  • Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
  • Spices (Chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt & pepper)
  • Optional Toppings (Diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, chopped cilantro)

Instructions

  1. Heat a medium-sized skillet over medium heat. Add a splash of olive oil.
  2. Add the ground beef (or your protein) and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle in your spices and stir well to coat the meat. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Lay out your lettuce leaves flat on a clean surface.
  5. Start with a spoonful of seasoned meat in the center of each leaf, followed by shredded cheese.
  6. Add slices of avocado and a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt along with any optional toppings.
  7. Fold the sides of the lettuce leaves over the filling to create a neat pocket.
  8. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  9. If desired, place the assembled wraps back in the skillet to toast the outside for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  10. Slice in half and serve!
