  • 30 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 46 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 90120 ml soda water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh basil sprig for garnish
  • Lemon wheel for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Start with fresh lemon juice—squeeze it right from the lemon for maximum freshness.
  2. Muddle the basil: In a shaker, add fresh basil leaves and honey. Gently press the leaves into the honey.
  3. Add lemon juice and gin: Pour in fresh lemon juice followed by non-alcoholic gin. Mix it all together.
  4. Shake it up: Add ice cubes to the shaker, put on the lid and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  5. Strain and prepare to serve: Fill a glass with fresh ice cubes and strain the mixture into it.
  6. Add sparkling water: Top off your spritzer with soda water and gently stir to combine.
  7. Garnish and smile: Finish with a sprig of fresh basil and a lemon wheel on the rim.
