Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Prepare the potatoes by washing thoroughly and piercing with a fork. Bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  3. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Make the dough by rolling it out on a floured surface to desired thickness and transferring it to a baking sheet, brushing with olive oil.
  5. Prepare the filling by mashing the baked potatoes with salt, pepper, and a bit of sour cream.
  6. Assemble the pizza by spreading the mashed potatoes on the dough, topping with cheese and bacon, and adding green onions.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Cool the pizza for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
